1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Google passes your name and email address to us so we can recognise you. If you sign up with an email and password, you give us those directly.

When you place an order we also ask for the details needed to deliver it: your name, phone number, and delivery address if you choose delivery instead of picking up from the store. If you pay by transfer, you may also send us a transfer reference or a screenshot of the payment.

2. How we use it

Your name and email address are used only to create and manage your account, and your order details only to prepare, deliver and contact you about that order.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or with anyone outside the store, except the delivery person who needs your name, address and phone number to bring your order to you.

3. What stays on your device

Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. You can clear it any time by emptying the cart or clearing your browser storage.

4. Keeping your data safe

Account and order records are stored in a secured database with access rules: you see your own orders and payment screenshots, and only store staff can see orders placed with them.

5. Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and your personal information at any time. Email gehadepada@gmail.com and we will remove your account details and your personal data from our records.
